Fillings
Pastes and powder mixes made from almonds, hazelnuts and other nuts, seeds and spices such as cinnamon are available. There are also fat-based vanilla and cocoa products. Powder mixes are used for mousses, bavarois, (quark) cheesecakes and cream stabilizers, both neutral and flavoured.

Glazes
Glazes, available in powder form or as liquid, give products an attractive glossy, golden brown and translucent appearance, while also meeting specific requirements such as freeze-thaw stability.
(Whipped) Cream substitutes
In powder form or liquid, packaged in Tetra, brig or containers, these products are suitable for filling and decoration applications.
They offer good stability, high volume and are UHT-treated (pasteurised) as an alternative to traditional whipped cream. These substitutes are designed to deliver the same texture and creaminess as whipped cream, but may differ in composition, nutritional value and flavour depending on the application.
