What once started with one successful loaf of bread has grown into a fully-fledged brand. Nowadays, the name Waldkorn® is synonymous with the tastiest breads with the fullest flavour, loved and appreciated by consumers and bakers alike. To create these unique and artisanal breads, both traditional grains (wheat, rye, oats, etc.) and ancient grains (einkorn, emmer) are used and the ingredients list is kept as short as possible. This means: without added sugars, palm oil and e-numbers. For example, Waldkorn® Dark Whole Wheat, Waldkorn® Deluxe and Waldkorn® Old Grains are pure whole wheat multigrain breads, packed with fibre, great taste and experience.
