HIFOOD, part of CSM Ingredients, was founded in 2012 in Parma, in the heart of the Italian “Food Valley”, by a group of entrepreneurs.
Today it is specialized in the research, development and production of ingredients of natural origin including innovative fibres and systems, new-generation vegetable proteins (also textured) sugar, salt and eggs substitutes, palm oil and fat replacers, plant-based systems, in addition to gluten-free and free from ingredients as well as for the conventional, plant-based and disruptive food industry.
